We stand behind our AI Tool Audit & Gameplan with a bold promise:

If you do not generate at least a 10X return on your investment in the Audit & Gameplan within 6 months of implementation, we will refund 100% of your purchase.

To qualify for this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• You must complete the Audit & Gameplan process in full and receive the final deliverables.

• You must implement the strategic recommendations provided, or demonstrate reasonable effort to do so (as documented through written correspondence, system snapshots, or related tracking).

• You must request a refund in writing within 180 days (6 months) from the date of delivery of the final Gameplan.

• You must provide documentation of your implementation and results to support the refund claim.

Please Note: We reserve the right to review each refund request on a case-by-case basis to verify that the Gameplan was executed in good faith and with reasonable effort. Our goal is not to penalize, but to ensure the guarantee is applied with fairness and integrity.

All Other Services

Due to the highly personalized, collaborative, and digital nature of these services, all sales are final once project work has begun.

This includes:

• Access to proprietary frameworks, templates, or libraries (PromptDNA)

• Custom code, models, or AI agent configurations (Custom AI Development)

• Strategy, copy, ad creative, or campaign assets (Growth Marketing & Advertising)

We do not offer refunds for these services except in cases of:

• Duplicate payment errors

• Services not rendered due to unforeseen provider-side failure (e.g., failure to begin project without communication or fulfillment)
